SAMSUNG OH WOE THAT IS MY FRIDGE!!!
Worst service that my wife and i have ever had!
Samsung are full of hollow promises with no follow through.
I bought a fridge, dishwasher and stove from them about 6 months ago, worst mistake i have ever made!
They had to replace the dish washer, the stove has multiple design issues and the fridge which they promised to replace is noisier that the old faithful Defy that we replaced!!!
Boy i wish we had kept the old Defy!!
As they say YOU CAN RELY ON DEFY!
We have phoned, we have e-mailed, phoned again had countless dialog with the service departments and more promises that are never honored.
We posted on thE site on Friday, same promises and guess what happened today... NADA, NOTHING, ZERO!
