Dear all, I purchasd furniture from Beare's Kwazulu Natal 2, 5 years ago. I immediately reported defualts on the furniture the day after the items were dlivered. It took them 1 month to collect the first item as there were many items with defaults. Our arrangement was to have the first item collected, have it repaired and then we will deal with the second item etc. It took eight months to deliver the first item back to me in even a worse condition when it was collected.
