On Monday the 23rd of August 2021 I purchased a t v mounting stand at Cash Crusaders Brits. I also bought an Omega tv set. The mounting device was intended to mount the same on the wall. Upon proper inspection I realised that the screws of the mounting device do not fit on the tv set. I then returned the mounting device to the store and requested for an exchange or refund. I was told that the box in which the device was is damaged and I cannot get a refund or an exchange. I was also intimidated by the Supervisor when asking for the exchange or refund. I request a refund since I managed to purchase another device at the same store. I further request an investigation into the conduct of the Supervisor.
