Appalling service

I see Mastercare is a company that does not respond to Hello Peter comments - not surprising as they would have to appoint a full time staff member to deal with all the complaints. They don't even respond to their customers. On 9 April 2013 I took a microwave to their Midrand depot to be repaired under a maintenance contract, which I have been paying for monthly for close on 10 years. A very polite and helpful gentleman booked my microwave in and said I would hear from them in a couple of days... it is now 30 April 2013 and after weekly calls initiated by myself I have yet to get a satisfactory answer as to what is happening re. the microwave. Each call ends with " I'll call you back". I have yet to receive such a phone call. Today was my 4th phone call where I expressed dissatisfaction at the lack of feedback and I was told "I'll call you back". Needless to say I'm still waiting for the call.
