Good Morning

i would just like to report the bad service i got from Ellerines in Ennerdale, i took my microwave back to them on the 17/05/2013 and every since i have not gotten a call back as to when will i receive my microwave back or will i be getting a new one... If i don't phone them, nobody phones me... the microwave is still under warranty, i phones them on Thursday again, the Lady i spoke to said she will deal with the query and call me back... until today i did'nt get a call back

I'm highly frustrated as this is a inconvenience
