Lack of Service on a Maintenance contract

10th April 2013 - Call Centre - lodge a service call. Hitachi Fridge was freezing. After a week they did not come, when I phoned I was told that I was in arrears (Impossible, have had a debit order paying this for about 20 years) after sorting out that I was told they could not get the parts in SA. I traced the manufacturer overseas, and found the people who supply parts in SA. The forwarded me the Parts Manual and all the necessary info. I passed this on to Mastercare. Still nothing! Many e mails & phone calls later, lots of grey hair & despair, I eventually got told that "they" had found the parts & will be coming to fix the fridge. 39 days later, I still have not had any lucky. RM has on more than one occasion replied to my mail telling his staff to sort it out &report back to him. Of late, he does not even answer my e mails, or even respond to my telling him that I would report to Hello Peter. Their phones are a nightmare, & you hold on so long, that most of the time it cuts you off by itself before you have even talked to any one. I AM FRUSTRATED - SICK AND TIRED of complaining (I feel drained from all this) I pay my payments every month, what more?
