The initial response of the company was great! They were to fix faulty lights in my bathroom, where 4/6 weren't working and install two fans into the ceiling. Job was completed and all working. The next day my lights in the bathroom were again not working, called and they returned timeously to fix the problem. That evening the lights were working for a while and then went off again... They returned and stated all was working, which it did for that evening, next day again the lights are off. I have made 5 appointments with them and each time there has been no show of the electrician to fix the lights properly. I now sit where I have paid for an issue to be resolved, as it was at the time of payment though the issue hasn't been resolved.
