No Respond and bad telephone system

On Saturday 16th Nov 2013 08:00 I booked my TV in for maybe repairs or a letter for insurance purposes if it was damage by a power surge or lightning. The people at Midrand were very friendly and helpful and promised that I would get a phone call from them regarding the status of the TV on Monday. Around 12:00 on Monday I phone to inquire about the status and was informed that they are looking at it and that Melbha would phone me shortly. Today 19/11/2012 around 09:15 I tried to call again but it took me 15 minutes to actually to get to someone who would take a message for Melbha to phone me. At 12:15 I still did not heard anything so I phoned again and this time was successful in speaking to Melbha who informed me that nobody has looked at the TV. I had to pay R136.00 for someone to investigate the problem but are still waiting. I will not refer anybody to them. I considered taking out a maintenance contract with them but now I am not so sure. I think it is very bad service
