In March I ordered a keyboard for my partner's tablet through a BidOrBuy preferred supplier as advertised and when it arrived, it didn't fit the tablet.
When calling Walter at Good Stuff he advised that there was an error in the packaging & that their supplier had put an iPad keyboard into the Samsung box. What was interesting is that the keyboard was not checked before it was shipped to us.
He advised that we can either wait & he will let us know when the new stock will arrive or post the incorrect keyboard back at our cost.
My partner for whom I ordered the keyboard was unhappy with this and emailed him only to receive a "novel" back advising that he had explained a whole lot of things to me around the process which indeed he hadn't. She also emailed BidOrBuy for assistance & to date we have heard NOTHING back.
We have been waiting all this time & never heard a word back from Walter to advise the new keyboard has arrived so we have now posted the incorrect one back in good faith only to be told he wont be going to the post office for 3 weeks from date of posting. We are hoping that this issue will be resolved amicably as BidOrBuy don't seem to be coming to the party to assist.
