I bought an ASUS transformer pad (TF300TG-1K072A) from Bethesda last week. On their website the tablet is shown with its unique keyboard. My father in law is a registered user with them so I made the order through him. This was after he confirmed via email with Ronnie (Bethesda) that the keyboard is included in the price. I opened the tablet on the premises and saw no keyboard included. When I raised this issue with the shop, they said they will refund me, hear from the supplier and come back to me. The response I received is that the keyboard is sold separately. When I phoned them and said that they confirmed in writing that the keyboard is included they said that the supplier doesn't sell it that way.
Am I wrong in expecting them to deliver on their promises?
Is this not false advertising?
