And new keyboard never worked

Bought a brand new keyboard for my son for Christmas
it never worked sent it for repairs twice. They are exclusive stockists
of the sanchez brand and refused to look at the keyboard a second time after the receipt was misplaced. They finally agreed to look at the keyboard after complaining on their Facebook page. We dropped it off at the pinetown store and its been 6 months and no one has gotten back to me.
