I purchased a Gigabyte K8100 V2 keyboard about 6 months ago, unfortunately the keyboard had some factory faults so I mailed Rebel Tech about the problem and Alex mailed me back saying they would send a courier at their own cost to pick up the keyboard. 2 weeks later my RMA arrived and I am extremely happy with the service that went on inbetween the lines. Keep up the good work Rebel Tech.
