Refund left unpaid after submitting Refund Request

I made payment for items I order from Have2Have, and made payment after the items were confirmed. 24 hours after payment, Kyle Smith informed me the headphones (Sennheiser MX-75) ordered were out of stock indefinitely, and I requested a Refund Request for the amount of the items outstanding. I received the form, filled it in and submitted it within the hour.
To this day, I have not received the outstanding amount of R1, 100 and I don't receive any correspondence from these people... basically meaning that they are taking the money for themselves!
