Outstanding refund

Order no 6208306 - R 7 999.90 was cancelled on the 21st of June '13 after the items I ordered and paid for on the webpage were no longer in stock!!
A consultant e-mailed me and informed me that a refund will be made within 5 days - when I phoned in on the 26th of June I was informed it is 5 working days. It was never mentioned in the e-mail confirmation that it is 5 working days.
Up till today 1 July '13 I still have not received my refund - I phoned this morning and a consultant informed me that she will request the proof of refund payment from the accounts department and e-mail that on to me. That was at 8.30 it is already 11.30 and I have not received any e-mail.
I have been buying online from Kalahari for years - why do I have to beg for my money!!!
