Struggling to get my refund from have2have

I ordered a maglite from have2have, and after 2 weeks I did not recieve any feedback from them. I submitted a request and they told me the American supplier does not have the maglite in stock and it was placed on back order. I asked them to give me a date of delivery and they also could not. I submitted a refund request but no one has come back to me yet. Realy poor service. They should specify when you place an order that the item is not in stock. I realy hope to get my money back.
