Only after reporting my outstanding online order to HELLOPETER did I receive a reply to this matter within 24 hours. Apparently some of the items I ordered and paid for were out of stock. How can you sell and accept orders for items that you do not have stock of? The on hand items were delivered to me and I was promised a refund for the out off stock items within 72 hours. Guess what it has gone over a week and I have not received this refund. Totally disgusting service!!! I want my refund!!!
