Refund still not received!

I ordered 2 x Solar Illuminated Plant Pot... that was the 25/11/2013. I was told that I never made the payment in time which is a load of. The deal ended end of November... I have sent proof of payment, emailed Yusuf Sadan/Raj Kumar/ S Nirmal, got an EFT refund (request #119345) number, given my banking details and still I have no refund of R299? I have bought many items from Groupon but find it very frustrating calling them as you wait in a que for ages and receive emails that it is in the system and with the refund department and will take 72 hours... It has been a month! Think I am gonna close this account totally with Groupon as they are not what they say they are and don't pay back refunds!
