Last year I placed an order for 4 items (order #36804). When they had not been received by the estimated delivery date, I contacted Have2Have via e-mail. I was told that 2 of the items had not yet arrived in SA. I asked them to send me the other 2 in the meantime, which they did.
Now when I log on to their site, it shows the entire order as delivered, and despite numerous requests via their webiste, no one has yet contacted me.
I paid for these items over two months ago, and it looks like I will never receive the goods or a refund. Have2Have has basically taken my money and run. I strongly advise against ordering anything from these.
