This was my first time using this supplier to source an item from amazon.
The sourcing and quotation was quick, however i have made a payment through standard bank eft on tuesday 30th of april at night around 11pm as i work full time.
I have logged 4 or 5 tickets in regards to why i have not received payment confirmation with no response to date, have also tried to reply to kyle smith who handled sourcing my items and have had no response.
The site does not even have a telephone number!
And tickets are not being answered.
Please can someone respond and give me an update ASAP as i have spent quiet a bit of cash.
