I replaced my old fridgemaster fridge by buying a new KIC fridge at game southgate on 13/11/13 apon delivery when I switched the fridge on I noticed that the compressor was making a terrible noise I phoned game to report this they send a kic technician to my place I explained to him what the fridge is doing and his reply was that the fridge is making this noise cause it was placed in a room and not the kitchen of wich I do not understand cause its the fridge making the noise not the room what does it matter wheather I place the fridge in the bathroom the thing will still make a noise my old fridgemaster fridge was so quiet one wouldn't even had noticed that it was on I recently also started hearing some crackling noises coming from the back of the fridge from my side I think it was only a bad product choice I should have just stuck to the brand I'm used to I reported the matter again to game today 26/11/13 and was assured that kic will contact me I'm still waitin on their call I hope this can be resolved asap!
