KIC fridge freezers - shocking products

I have just had to throw out the 2nd KIC fridge freezer in the space of 2 years! I bought a KIC fridge freezer for our holiday home and had not even used the freezer part, when it ceased to work. I called an electrician who re-gassed the fridge and it worked for 24 hours and stopped working. It had a bar code and serial number on the side of it 310131639954 KB 6035/2 ME. I bought the fridge at Game in East London and because I could not find the credit card slips etc, they could not help me. On 29 July2009, I bought a fridge freezer and on Thursday 21 Nov 2013, I had to dispose of it as it stopped working. 3and a half years! It has a bar code of 280913486222 K B 360 B. I think that the workmanship of these fridges is not up to standard as my previous fridge lasted 30 years! These items are expensive and I do not think that the consumers in S A should continue to support a company that produces such shoddy goods. I sincerely hope that something can be done about this - I have spread the word to my friends and family that KIC products ought to be avoided at all costs.
