We bought a KIC Fridge on the 21st of March 2013. After twee weeks it started making loud noises. The KIC technician came out and said it's just standing too close to the wall. A few weeks went by and the noise just got worse, it sounds like the fridge is lifting off. We phoned again and the technician came out for the second time. This time he said it's normal for a KIC fridge to make a loud noise like that because the ventilation system is different than other fridges. I've never in my life heard a fridge that makes loud noises like that. I phoned mackro and they can't replace the fridge because than they sit with the problem fridge, so they said KIC must sort this out. I've been on the phone constantly for three weeks now and not KIC nor Mackro has made progress and can't give me answers.
