My phone recycled or refurbished

I took my phone Galaxy note 2, to your Constantia Smartcare for a screen repair, the screen was repaired and I paid R2400 for the service. however after a week the phone stopped working, I took the phone back to the service centre however they informed me that I have damaged the screen again and I must pay another R2400.
I didn't understand how possible was that and I tried to explain myself to them and no 1 was willing to listen. I was helped by a lady called Lebo, she was very helpful but she kept referring the matter to her management & not even one manager as according to her she went to three different managers had a decence to come & talk to me. I left the phone with her
They called me the following day & they asked me to come & collect my phone I asked them I want my phone fixed.
After a week I went back to the shop & I spoke to Lebo & she said my phone has been recycled or refurbished and they don't have the phone anymore.
My worry is how can they recycle my phone, I want my phone back, to make matter worse I'm still paying for that phone as I bought it from FNB and I'm paying R285.00 per month.
