I recently decided to get an S4 as the comparisons and write ups pointed to this being the superior phone available. Shortly after receipt of the phone the battery started giving problems. I returned the phone to the Samsung client services department in Canal walk, and they replaced the battery. Since then, i realized that my new battery did not last a day, I finally un-installed all downloaded apps, and constantly ensure all background processes are "killed" whenever using the phone. i have also de-activated "sync". The final phone test revealed that the battery lasts 1.5 hours then it reached 30% remaining. Surely a phone like this should last atleast 2 days on one charge? I would like someone from samsung to contact me and offer me a solution in order restore my faith in the product. This is urgent as my phone fails when i most need it.
