Refurbished Blackberry in horrific state

I sent my Blackberry 9900 in for repairs on 3 Jan & received it back on 18 Jan. My phone had screen issues, & 8ta replaced my phone with a refurbished unit which is in worse condition than my original phone. The phone has scratches along the titanium corners; the back & front assemblies of the phone are loose & the phone actually clicks when you pinch the top left of the phone; the rubber framing around the touch screen is sticking out & skew, the volume buttons are hard to press, & the phone basically looks very poorly assembled. This is evident when you look at the charger port on the phone & the back & front assembles of the phone are overlapping. The proximity sensor is also skew. 8ta Canal Walk attempted to fix the phone, but to no available.

I am horrified by the state of this replacement phone, as my phone was in no such state when I sent it in for repairs. I will be returning this phone to 8ta & want a brand new phone issued to me immediately. I will effectively be without a phone for about a month in total, for which I am paying BIS, a service that i don't have because 8ta does not issue spare phones. I want a senior manager from 8ta to call me.
