TV Repairs taking weeks

51 Inch Plasma keeps rebooting and Wifi keeps disconnecting.
The TV went in for repairs in November and 1 week later is delivered with no fault found.
Straight when switching on the the Wifi did not work and it rebooted 5 times in the first half an hour.
I booked it for repairs again and it was collected in the beginning of December, 2 weeks later it was returned with the Mainboard replaced. Immediately on switching it on the Wifi still did not work. It also started rebooting after an hour again.
I booked it for repairs again on the 16th of December. on the 18th I just received SMS saying the call has been cancelled, with no further explanation.
I booked it again on 6th of January and it was collected on the 8th. I am still waiting for it to be returned. I phoned on the 17th, with them saying they are still busy. I phoned on the 20th and they said they will call me back, but left no message.
Today on the 27th I phoned again and they spoke to the service center while I was on the line, they replaced the mainboard again and is currently testing.

I paid R10000 for a TV and did not have it for 6 weeks in the last 3 months.
They did not even offer a temporary replacement unit.
