2 weeks no news, Ever time I phone I have to listen to new excuses.

Its a 5 min repair. Just pop a new hard drive in.

But no, no parts in Cape Town. Second harddrive and still new news.

Staff sound like a bunch of kids, They have no sense of customer service.
