New Phone no WiFi connectivity

I got a Experia Z smartphone about 2 months ago and after 3 weeks the WiFi stopped working. I took it to Vodacare they booked it in, it went to Johannesburg twice already and still came back not connecting to the WiFi.
The data specialist booked it in again today so he can call the technician in Johannesburg to explain why the report says it's fixed but it still isn't working. This is a new phone that I have had for two months now and in this time it's been in the repairs shop for close to 3 weeks
