Like I have all the time in the world

My Samsung phone has taken to switching itself off randomly in any car. I took it in last Thursday and collected it again on Friday morning - with the mainboard unit having been replaced and tested. It is still doing that as well as keys not working now so I returned at 12.15 this afternoon. The lady suggested that the technician drive with me to see what happens. I was offered tea/coffee and then left there for over an hour waiting. The lady realized that the technician hadn't appeared and went to remind him. Half an hour later neither of them had re-appeared. All that time wasted and no solution to the problem!!!
