Inefficient Repairs

I took my Blackberry in to be repaired after the keypad stopped working. They returned it 'fixed' and I paid for the repairs. I discovered that they had only replaced the trackball. The phone was returned to be fixed AGAIN, and after having to wait for almost three weeks I had to follow up with them on the progress. I was informed that the phone had been ready for collection a week before and no one had contacted me to pick it up. They had replaced my phone with a brand new phone (same model) for which i did not have to pay for. However a few days after getting it I discovered that the new phone was faulty in that it kept rebooting, sometimes up to six times in an hour.

When I returned to Cresta to explain the issue, I was informed that I'd have to pay for the repairs. They did not call me as they said they would and i have heard nothing since, despite sending an extensive complaint email.
