I would like to extend a well deserved thank you to Walter from [URL Removed] for the most excellent and consistently great service i receive from him, and i have ordered around 8 times already.
All the goods arrive on time, the quality of all his products are exceptional, and 2 weeks ago i ordered 2 18650 batteries from him and one went bad.
I always assume batteries are not guaranteed, but he is sending me a replacement for free, without even requiring me to send the broken one back to him.
He always answers my questions and helps me with problems and its not even an order related inquiry.
This is such a fresh thing to experience because i have been getting bad service from all service providers lately.
