To whom it may concern!
I received this Sony laptop (Vaio PCG31311W) last year after my previous laptop got. I took the laptop back to "the notebook company" in PTA from which I bought it to have it repaired. The Laptops one hinge broke and was unable to close. Sony said that this fault is not covered in their warranty due to wear and tear. Now please explain to me how this is seen as "wear and tear". There is no scratches or any other physical damage to this Sony product. It is still in a sale-able condition! It does not take a genius to figure out that is then infact not wear and tear but rather mechanical failure. This is very stupid argument which not in anyone's best interest. Would love to hear from Sony itself
