3 weeks wait and no service

My Samsung Google phone's camera stopped working. On 29 August I took my phone in to Autopage Cellular Craighall Park at the Colony Centre as they are listed on the Samsung website as a repair centre. I was told I needed a new camera which would cost R500 and that they would order it from Samsung the following Tues 3 Sep. They told me it would arrive in 2 days and that they would phone me when it arrived. After not hearing from them in 2 days, I went to the store and was told that it was coming from overseas and that it was stuck in Customs and was assured they would phone me as soon as it arrived. It has now been 3 weeks since they said they ordered it and according to them the part has still not arrived. I have phoned numerous times to ask if it has arrived and each time I am told that it is still on the way and that I will be contacted when it arrives. I went to the shop again today 25 Sep and was told that it is still on the way and that I will be contacted when it arrives. This is just kicking the can down the road. This is extremely poor service from them and Samsung South Africa. Please respond immediately!
