No return on damaged goods and late delilvery

I have ordered raspberry pi's from this supplier and had to return three of them for being faulty. We had tested the equipment and was promised that i would receive new ones. This happened over three months ago and i have still not received my orders. I have followed up constantly and still no one is able to assist. All i want now is a refund on the items that i have returned. ALL OF THEM! I DO NOT WANT A REPLACEMENT FOR THESE GOODS JUST MY MONEY BACK. i WOULD RATHER ORDER THE EQUIPMENT FROM A RELIABLE SOURCE. I would like someone to contact me ASAP via email not telephonically so that i have all the correspondence. I just want a refund.
