I purchased Samsung ES95 Camera from CNA South Coast Mall, as it was faulty but still under warranty i returned it on the 12 December for repairs. It is now the 20 January 2014 and still not repaired. I have no photos of Christmas with my grandchidren. I am going on a boat cruise in 7 days time so probably wont have photos taken then. Is this the poor service from Samsung acceptable? I think not!!!
