Billing not cleared

I'm based in Namibia and i ordered goods from homechoice South Africa via the website. I received the goods but they were not the right size and the right look. I send the goods back within 14 days as per their return policy. Upon returning the goods i scanned and e-mailed them the shiping receipt from our nampost. I also clearly send and email to them requesting them not to send me any replacement order. Ever since then they have been calling me requesting for their money which i always reply with the statement saying i send the goods back. I also found out from Malwande/Malwende that there are two orders on my account. As far as im concerned i only ordered goods from them once witch i send back. I have send numerous e-mails to [Email Removed] but to no avail. I have also called their offices numerous times. I want them to sort this out ASAP
