I reported a easy fit queen size sheet that was stained when I received it. The lady who assisted me at the call centre ensured me that she logged a replacement order. This I cannot see if I view my profile. She also promised me that she will email proof of the complaint logged with my reference as I requested from her. This was NOT done. I was told that a person from the administration department will call me back within 5 working days to make arrangements for the damaged sheet to be returned - it is 7 days now! NO PERSON CALLED!
The curtains I ordered with the set was also faulty! from the 4 I could only used one, the tape that you pull in was stitched shut (string was stitched to the fabric so it cannot be pulled in) and some places you can see they came short and a new on was just added on hence this also cannot be pulled in. I decided to take it to my tailor who mended it perfectly, I do not trust them to return my goods that I NEED in due time so I decided to take it to a reliable person who now how to do needlework!
HOMECHOICE your goods quality is not up to standard anymore and I have been a very loyal supporter of yours for may many years. Replace ASAP!
