The owner does not have any good business ethics

I ordered things on the 9 November 2013 and was told to come collect on 23 December 2013. Got there on that day only to be told that my things were not ready and I ended up paying for transportation that didn't carry anything. I was then told to return on 27 December 2013. They also told me that Kgabo said she will contact me and explain the situation. I asked them to tell her that I want all my orders to be in order when I returned on the 27th as I had to use those goods that weekend. She promised all would be in order. On our return on the 27th nothing was ready and many items on our order were not available. In the end we spent the whole day waiting for them to sort out the entire mess and we also had to end up paying extra monies to other companies in order to get items that we had paid for at Ditiro but were now unavailable. We did this so we could be able to do our function and Kgabo was failing to deliver on her promise to refund us our money. In the end she promised to transfer our refund of R3582, 00 into our account that night but it never happened. To date we are still struggling to get our money. She keeps promising but it's all.
