Late delivery, damaged goods, no response, no refund

Hi

I bought 2 x mp3 players from Cityslicker. Only received the order about a month late. Both worked for about 1 week and then they did not work anymore. Sent numerous e-mails and eventualy received a reply that I had to return the faulty stock for a refund. I sent them back on the 6th of March and sent 2 mails to follow up, but no reply and nobody contacting me. I want my refund ASAP. Please can somebody contact me and give me feedback? The only way in contacting Cityslicker is through e-mail and they don't reply.
