Disgusting lack of service and passing the buck!

4th Jan I phoned Makro to report my 3wk old Samsung Eco Bubble washing machine wasn't selecting the quick wash option. Someone from Samsung called Sunday 9am to say that either Mon or Tues I will be contacted for someone to come through. Tues Anette from AH&A Electronics called to say technician in the area can they come now. I said no as I was at work and I needed at least 24hrs notice. She said no problem tomorrow (Wed) morning will call&I told her I will make sure I am home the whole day. No call wed or thur. Called Makro again thur afternoon, was told Anette will call me to arrange later thur. Fri Anette called again technicians in the area can they come now. Again I said no I am not at home, she said Fri afternoon but later called and said they can't make it. She asked if Sat 9am will suit me, I said I will make sure I am home. Sat 9 am no one pitched up. Waited 1hour and called Wandile - Samsung Call Centre. No Managers, was told to call AH&A myself to follow up. Left my house to run errands&at 11 a technician dialled intercom 2hr late. I was not home! This is not a customers job! DISGUSTING LACK OF SERVICE!! WAITING MORE THAN 1week for repairs.
