Dear Samsung,

I have had a really bad experience with MM All Elec (Woodmead service centre).

My dishwasher was giving trouble a couple of weeks ago so I got a technician to come out and look at it.

The technician came out on the Wednesday and informed me that my thermostat and seal needed replacing. He informed me that they would order the parts and come out to fix it withing 3 to 4 working days.By the following Monday I had not heard anything and called them to follow up.

At which point we arranged for the repair to be done on Wednesday (this week). I asked that the techinician please give me half an hours notice before arriving at my house as i would need to get there from work. At 1:40pm yesterday afternoon I received a call saying that the technician was at my gate and that I wasn't there. I then informed the call centre agent that I was not notified as agreed half an hour before his arrival. I asked her whether he would be able to wait for me as it would take me 20 minutes to get home to which she responded that he would wait for me.

I quickly rushed off to get home and when I arrived there (before 2pm) the technician had left. When calling the call centre I was in
