I bought a Samsung wash and dry machine at Makro centurion in june for my hair salon so I can wash towels with. I was assisted by a guy call Daniel Khoza at large appliances at makro. One day I arrive at the salon the machine is leaking water at the door. As it was Friday late I decided to deal with the matter on Monday, then on 01 October, I took the machine to makro centurion so they can book it in for repairs then David Thubakgale told I must take it back they don't keep stuff for repairs they will book it at Samsung and he will make sure that Daniel Khoza will call us before end of business to give us job card. That didn't happen, instead I got a call from Samsung on 3 oct 2013 that a technician will come on Friday 4/10/13 with reference 7112113328. I went away that weekend and on Monday when I come back technician didn't come so I called Samsung on 0860726786 to complain and the lady I spoke to said they received a service book from makro on 6/10/13 and that their turn around time is 24 hrs and the technician will come. The 24 hrs expired on the 8/10/13 and neither did the technician come or call. This is frustrating and now I am struggling at my salon with dirty towels.
