Samsung, please help your clients

Good day

In the beginning of December we bought a Samsung MX-FS9000 Giga Sound System. Unfortunately a week later they broke in and only the amplifier of the system.

For weeks now, I've been phoning the head office, call centres and and even the repair centres (as was referred to by the people from head office and the call centres), and all they could say was "phone this number" and i was right back where I started. All i need is for someone to help me order the amp. Some of the responses that I got was "you have to buy the whole system again, we can't help, or you can phone this number".

I thought Samsung is this huge manufacturing company, but now they won't even sell an amp separate from the system. The question i asked to one of the operators was "What if in transit one of the amps falls off the truck, do they trow away the speakers, or what do they do then? " He's response was that he's not sure, maybe they trow it away.

Please can someone help me. I've been back and forth phoning this centre and that centre, but still with no luck.
