My out -the-box washing machine di not work propoerly. As it was stil under warranty i contacted Makro and they advised a teachnician will be sent to me on Thursday (07th March 2013) after initially contacting them on Thursday the PREVIOUS WEEK. As i work I advised them on many occasions that I work and would need to make arrangements for me to be at the house. I was assured many a time that their policy is such that the technician will contact me 30min PRIOR to arrival. So what happens I get a call from my estate security to say that technician is here and meanwhile i was at work. So the technician left.
Today (Friday 08th March) Im stillo having to call back to have this resolved and having no joy. I am even taking a day off work to ensure I will be at my premises. Now I am being told that the technicians will not be operating in my area and my request needs to be relogged.
Thi is the worst customer service I have received to date. Iam always following up with them and I never get any joy. Totally unacceptable. Disgusting
