A pleasant surprise

My battery of my one Galaxy 4 gave up during the course of the holiday, and I arrived at the Samsung customer care centre to have it looked at. I did some research before and found out that Samsung has taken responsibility for a batch of batteries that were not performing and were changing it at the centres. In and out in 10 minutes with new battery and friendly and fast service. What a pleasure. Also a big kudos to Samsung for accepting responsibility for a problem like this and making proper arrangement to sort it out quickly without making the customer feel like a guilty party. Maybe that is the reason why most of the electronics that I own, from Televisions, 3 x tablets; 4 x Cellphones and laptops are all Samsung branded. Great products and now after my first experience with the customer care centre - also great service. Big ups!!
