I am so furious with Samsung Mobile South Africa, how can you have a phone that has a warranty of 2 years but only 6 months on the battery??? So much for a "SMART" phone, I've had my S3 mini for a year and have had to buy a new battery at a cost of R400, after going to 4 different cellphone shops, even Samsung at Vodaworld didn't have one, very poor customer service. The fact that my battery became swollen (and if you believe what's on the internet very dangerous) within a year tells me that Samsung is using an inferior battery supplier, it really makes me think twice whether I would get another Samsung (this after having many Samsung's in the past 15 years that I have been using cellphones)
