Thanks to Samsung South Africa's Customer Care Centre in Century City for replacing my Galaxy S4 GT-I9505's battery so quickly, I went there with a swollen/defective battery and in under 15min I was helped, and I received my new battery, quite a pleasant experience indeed.
Keep up the good work!! This type of service will definitely secure me as a Samsung "fanboy" as all my appliances are Samsung as I prefer the brand over 99% of the other brands out there!!
