I'm very unhappy as I've purchased a Samsung Galaxy S4 in October 2013. Within 2 months the battery began draining very quickly, switching off at any given time and its become swollen. I've read online that this is a known problem with a certain batch of batteries starting with BD1D...

Can you please tell me where I can get a free replacement for my damaged battery?

And also if possible, can I do the swop at the Samsung Store at Gateway, Durban?
