I upgraded my cellphone to a Samsung Galaxy S2 about 5 months ago. It my contract it stipulated that my phone will be under a warranty (6 months) for any software problems. My S2 has been giving me undiluted problems. I have been going to the MTN store on numerous occasions to try and get my phone fixed, but there NEVER seems to be a Samsung Rep on duty ever - he is always on lunch, at church or just not there. I also got told that all Samsung reps have been chased out of all MTN stores. I then wrote on Samsung's Facebook page - Samsung replied asking for my number, which I gave them - and I still haven't heard anything. When you purchase a brand like Samsung - one expects continuous support and service deliver - which I am finding is just not there.
