Lovely printer - NO backup service. When one buys an expensive often used item, apart from the quality of the item - THE most important aspect is the backup service. I will NEVER buy SAMSUNG again, nor a Samsung phone for that matter. Does Samsung know what backup service is? I have had a computer printing with a shadow. Firstly to try and find SOMEONE or company who didn't keep referring me to somewhere else, took hours, and secondly, to be told you need to replace the drum and it will cost you R2000 - this on a 3 year old seldom used computer whose cartridges cost R800 each. Samsung you need to pay attention to your customer's needs and be accessible. Sometimes toll-free numbers or contact details on the web are NOT enough. I would like a service number for SAMSUNG products, an accessible person who KNOWS WHAT they are talking about on the other end of the line and not someone who passes the buck. Jack up SAMSUNG!
